Position Overview
Opportunities available for energetic field and shed workers across our partner fruit orchards in the Goulburn Valley (Shepparton region). Work involves harvest picking, quality sorting, and grading of seasonal stone fruits and apples in modern packing sheds.
Key Responsibilities
• Careful picking of tree fruits according to ripeness and sizing metrics.
• Placing picked fruits into field bins with minimal bruising.
• Operating packing shed sorting conveyors, weight sizing, and carton packing.
• Adhering to SunSmart safety protocols and orchard hygiene guidelines.

• Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in seasonal conditions.
• Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and reliability.
• Appropriate footwear (steel-cap boots) and wide-brim hat.
